Don’t let finals week BUG you!

Don’t get swarmed by finals- Booth Library has plan many activities to help students focus, relax and succeed leading to the end of the semester.
On April 29 & 30, members of All Things Pawsitive will bring certified therapy dogs to greet students from 2-4 p.m. at the library’s south entrance (by the clock tower). Color your own 3D printing cicada from 2pm-3pm on Booth Bridge. While supplies last! At 4 p.m. April 29, free snacks will be served to students while supplies last.
Coloring sheets and puzzles will be available to take and complete on your own. In addition, a jigsaw puzzle will be set up on the main floor. Or, join our Lego challenge in the Marvin Foyer!
While you’re at Booth, let your friends and families know how you’re preparing for final exams by sending them a “Buzzing through finals at Booth Library!” postcard. Students are encouraged to fill out and address a postcard, then place it in the mailbox. Your friends at Booth Library will mail it for you!
Zero Balancing sessions will again be offered by EIU’s Dr. Misty Rhoads in the library’s Edgar Room. During the sessions, participants will remain fully clothed and lay face up on a massage table while Rhoads works with pressure points in the body to help relieve body aches, release stress and boost well-being.
