Booth Library continues “Authors@EIU” series
Booth Library invites the campus and community to join us for our speaker series this Fall semester, Authors@EIU. The event will showcase the expertise in our community and will provide an opportunity to explore exciting and timely topics.
Two authors will be featured in our Fall 2024 Authors@EIU event to celebrate the research, scholarship and creative success of EIU faculty who have recently achieved publication of a book. This recurring series launched in Spring 2024 and will be a continuing event on the EIU campus.

Events will include a shared reception at 5 p.m. Presentations will begin at 5:30 with introductory remarks, followed by presentations and question & answer sessions for each author.
The library parking lot off 4th Street and adjacent to the library’s accessible south entry offers parking, including accessible spaces. Parking on the EIU campus is free and open to the public after 5 p.m.
Members of the general public, and the press are most welcome. Please join us for interesting presentations and dialogues.
