This program is part of Booth Library Finals week’s activities.
15-minute sessions
Registration required.
Zero Balancing sessions with EIU’s Dr. Misty Rhoads will be offered in the library’s Edgar Room. During the sessions, participants will remain fully clothed and lay face up on a massage table while Rhoads works with pressure points in the body to help relieve body aches, release stress and boost well-being. Appointments are requested for these 15-minute free sessions. Reserve a spot here! Sessions are offered:
April 29: 10am-12pm
April 30:11am-1pm
May 1: 10am-12pm
